Job role: Multi Trader Location:SittingbourneSalary:£36,000 + benefits

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join the planned works team, helping maintain and improve social housing properties to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades - including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building work.

  • Responding to service requests efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.

  • Working closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver projects on time.

  • Providing a great service to residents, dealing with queries in a professional and respectful manner.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven multi-trade experience within social housing or a similar environment.

  • Good knowledge of health & safety practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good IT skills, including the use of PDA systems (SOR code knowledge desirable).

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively.
