Job role: Multi Trader
Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: 36,000 + benefits
We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join the planned works team, helping maintain and improve social housing properties to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing:
Carrying out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades - including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building work.
Responding to service requests efficiently and professionally.
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
Working closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver projects on time.
Providing a great service to residents, dealing with queries in a professional and respectful manner.
What we're looking for:
Proven multi-trade experience within social housing or a similar environment.
Good knowledge of health & safety practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including the use of PDA systems (SOR code knowledge desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively.
