The school is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join their team from November 2025, contributing to a dynamic Humanities department and supporting students in achieving their best.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, aligned with the national curriculum.

  • Encourage curiosity and a deeper understanding of human and physical geography.

  • Prepare students for GCSE exams and track progress to ensure excellent outcomes.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and respect.

  • Promote cross-curricular links and fieldwork opportunities to enhance understanding.

The successful candidate will have:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)

  • Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills

  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
