Learning Support Assistant
Location: Kent | Term-time only | Fixed Term
We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide support in the classroom, small groups, and 1:1 sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference to children's learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils' learning across whole-class, small groups, or individually.
Work under the guidance of teachers and SEND coordinators.
Assist with day-to-day learning activities and encourage pupil participation.
Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and confidence.
Help monitor and support pupils' progress.

Previous experience in a school setting
