Our client, a leading name in the construction and hospitality supply industry, is looking for an Administrator to join their admin team near Chelmsford.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing and setting up new hire and sales contracts, making sure everything is accurate and on time
Sending contracts and documents to customers, checking every detail so jobs can run smoothly
Getting quotes from suppliers and turning around requests quickly to support the sales team
Jumping in on calls when the sales and service teams need a hand
Answering incoming emails and phone queries with professionalism and a can-do attitude
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience within an administrative role
A good eye for detail and strong accuracy skills
Confidence using a database system and MS office
A full driving licence - due to the location, you’ll need your own transport

Salary: From £25,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus and paid overtime
