We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Excursion Administrator.

As an Excursion Administrator  you will play a key role in supporting a team of experienced Coordinators, each responsible for managing multiple educational visits throughout the year. Your main responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative support, helping to ensure all arrangements are in place before departures and that any necessary follow-up tasks are completed afterward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to Coordinators from enquiriesÂ
- Organise consultation visits and presentations, liaising with our guide team as required
- Liaise with suppliers in the UK and overseas to confirm services and finalise arrangements
- Assist with credit control activities
- Maintain awareness of the company’s Safety Management System and contribute to improvements
- Provide general administrative support, including GDPR, Health & Safety, and office facilities tasks
- Perform general office duties and support the business as needed

What you'll need
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong Administration skillsÂ

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn bespoke systems
- Intermediate keyboard and IT skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Commercial awareness and some financial understanding
- Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Commitment to process and accuracy
