Tripod Partners are looking for a Health Visitor to join theHFT team in Chelmsford. This role involves delivering high-quality health visiting services to families within the community, promoting health and wellbeing, and supporting early intervention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide health promotion, advice, and support to families with children under five.

Complete developmental assessments and safeguarding reviews.

Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals.

Maintain accurate electronic records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Position Details:
Location: Chelmsford
Duration: Temporary (initial contract)
Hours: Full-time
Pay Rate: 34.89 per hour
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Requirements:

NMC registered Health Visitor (SCPHN qualification).

Experience delivering the Healthy Child Programme.

Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.

Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Right to work in the UK.
