In this role, you will manage a dedicated patch within North London, delivering a high-quality service to a loyal client base. You'll handle planned maintenance, attend breakdown calls, and install state-of-the-art coffee machines primarily Cimbali and WMF systems. Working door-to-door with full support from the Service Desk and Technical team, you'll ensure machines are operating perfectly and customers receive the highest level of service.

The Role:
- Field-based service, maintenance, and installation of Cimbali / WMF coffee machines across North London
- Door-to-door travel paid with company van, laptop, phone, and uniform provided
- Reactive and planned maintenance with strong customer interaction and service focus
The Person:
- Field Service Engineer with coffee / vending background essential
- Full UK driving licence based in Essex
