Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support design development across all RIBA work stages
  • Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction packages
  • Assist with project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Support planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

About you

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Experience within a UK architectural practice (Part II or fully qualified)
  • Strong understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
  • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred
