A well-established, RIBA-accredited architectural studio in Essex is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Architect to become part of its welcoming and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages
- Prepare, coordinate, and oversee technical drawings and construction packages
- Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration duties
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with planning submissions, feasibility assessments, and design presentations
About You
- ARB-registered Architect
- Background working in a UK-based architectural practice
- Good knowledge of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and construction processes
- Strong design skills with a high level of technical accuracy
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated team member able to work independently when required
