A well-established, RIBA-accredited architectural practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and capable Architect to join its friendly and collaborative studio. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to design development across all RIBA stages
- Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction information
- Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration tasks
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations
About You
- ARB-registered Architect
- Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
- Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
- Strong design ability combined with a high level of technical accuracy
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Proactive and reliable team player, able to work independently when required
