Salary: 37000-42000

A well-established, RIBA-accredited architectural practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and capable Architect to join its friendly and collaborative studio. Known for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the practice offers the chance to work on architecture that is both meaningful and well crafted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development across all RIBA stages
  • Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction information
  • Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration tasks
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

About You

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
  • Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
  • Strong design ability combined with a high level of technical accuracy
  • Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
  • Proactive and reliable team player, able to work independently when required
