My client has a new vacancy for an established Business Development Executive working within the field covering Chelmsford and surrounding locations. Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Chelmsford - Field-based. The ideal candidate will live in or around CM or SS postcode
Salary: £30,000 per annum + company vehicle and uncapped OTE £75K+

Responsibilities of Business Development role
You will beresponsible for expanding your territory, actively pursuing new business opportunities, and closing the sale.
Acquire new business sales via cold calling and referrals
Plan and organise your own work diary activities
Close new business
Increase product penetration through targeted sales
Maintain a successful sales pipeline and acquisition of new business
Experience required for the Business development role
Experience of new business development in the field
Can build fast relationships with new customers
Experience of cold calling and winning new business.
Excellent ability to close a sale
Essential Skills for the business development role
Must hold a full valid UK Driving Licence
High standards in time management, planning a sales diary and prospecting
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, that focuses on the needs of the prospect customer
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and develop effective working relationships with customers
Effective communicator at all levels
