We are seeking a confident communicator with a knack for getting past gatekeepers and uncovering valuable business insights. Join our team as a Temporary Outbound Sales Support – Cold Calling Specialist and contribute to our sales department with your proactive and results-driven approach.
Day-to-day of the role:- Make outbound calls to businesses across the UK, following up on warm leads and generating new opportunities.
- Navigate through gatekeepers to engage in effective fact-finding conversations.
- Follow up on email campaigns, tracking engagement and initiating follow-up calls.
- Record and relay relevant information to our sales team, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Research and identify new companies and potential leads, expanding our outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes, using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
- Excellent telephone manner – warm, professional, and engaging.
- Strong fact-finding and listening skills, able to uncover and understand customer needs.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems or spreadsheets to log and track data.
