The successful candidate will become an integral member within the business, it will excite someone who is passionate about delivery and making a difference generating new ideas and focus along the way for the wider marketing team.
The successful Marketing Manager expectations:
- Proven experience of creating successful campaigns and content across varied digital platforms (e.g., website, emails, social media, and blogs)
- Expertise in producing and implementing a range of professional content for B2C & B2B content marketing.
- Confident communicator on all levels

Job Specification
The Marketing Manager will focus on enhancing brand visibility, engaging with customers, and supporting the sales team with marketing collateral & promotional materials to help speak to their audience.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will enjoy taking a proactive & creative approach to problem-solving and planning and will play a pivotal role in crafting and communicating the marketing message & developing marketing campaigns that resonate with the client’s audience.
Duties to include but not limited to…
- Create brand propositions and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with sales & operations teams
- Create campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) for use in PR activity, Direct campaigns, Social Media channels, Events
- A creative approach to campaign design and knowing how to use insights to maximise the impact of campaigns
- Strategically plan, oversee, and enhance the delivery of key annual events within targeted audiences
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, network agents, and external partners
- Implement performance tracking, regularly reporting insights, metrics, and recommendations to the Sales & Management team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership for the creative marketing and strategy moving forwards.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, flexible working hours ( 35 hour week )
Salary: £35-£40k
