Your new roleAs a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the design process for their construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet client requirements, are cost-effective, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and refine project designs.
  • Ensure designs are compliant with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Review and approve design documents and drawings.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realised.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and audits to maintain quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
