On behalf of our client, a well-established and respected company in the construction materials sector, we are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive SHE professional to make a genuine impact across multiple operational sites in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will:

  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will eliminate workplace incidents, environmental incidents, and ill health within your area of control.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will Provide expert SHE advice, training, and guidance to operational teams.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will Support, maintain, and contribute to the ongoing development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards and best practices.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will Offer support and guidance to site managers and employees on all health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure legal compliance and drive continual improvement.


As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will have:

  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will have a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - essential.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will have proven experience in a similar Health & Safety role, ideally within construction, aggregates, or industrial operations.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will have solid working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will have a Full UK driving licence, as travel across the South East region is required.
