Responsibilities:As a Credit Controller, you will…

  • Deliver and maintain proactive and effective collections processes in line with company policy.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with debtors to secure payments and maintain ledger accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date debtor contact details and record collection activity on the operating system.
  • Liaise with Client Management teams to resolve sales ledger queries and support excellent client service.
  • Assist with remittance advice collection and collaborate with data processing teams for accurate allocations.
