- Ensure accurate payroll data entry and processing.
- Resolve payroll queries within SLA timelines.
- Process statutory deductions (e.g., tax, NI, pensions).
- Compile employment contracts and support self-service.
- Conduct system testing and support service optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of HMRC absence legislation.
- Experience with tax, NI, pensions, and payroll systems.
- Confident in employment contract creation and UAT.
- Working towards or holding CIPP qualification desirable.
