Prospero Teaching are presently working with a vibrant and welcoming primary school located in the heart of Chelmsford, Essex. This school is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated Year 3 / 4 Teacher to join our friendly team.

The Role:
As a Year 3 / 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to our students, ensuring their academic and personal growth. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom, supporting children in their learning journey and encouraging a love of learning.


Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners in Year 3 and 4.
Support the development of each childs emotional, social, and academic growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and setting achievable goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining regular communication on student progress.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 and/or Year 4 is preferable).
A passion for working with children and inspiring them to achieve their best.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
