About the Role:
As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Science department to support pupils across KS3 and KS4 (ages 11-16). Your role will include:


Providing one-to-one or small group support in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement
Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with SEN
Gaining first-hand experience of life in a dynamic school setting


About You:
A degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or a related field)
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and flexible approach to learning
Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring or volunteering) is desirable but not essential
