Claims Handler - Property & Real Estate

Responsibilities:

Investigating, negotiating and agreeing settlement of claims in a professional manner
Liaising with insurers/brokers to achieve professional and timely conclusion of claims
Liaising with stakeholders overseas
Producing reports within agreed timescales
Raised invoices are accurate and timely
Attend client review meetings

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience in real estate/commercial property loss adjusting
Focus on quality, communication and organisational skills
Proven capability in negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management
Able to build strong relationships internally and externally
