Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded and expanding national law firm with a strong presence in Essex.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute and ambitious solicitor with a solid background in commercial property matters who is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a collaborative and well-established team with a strong pipeline of high-quality work, servicing a diverse client base across a variety of sectors.

The Role:

  • Managing a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.
  • Advising a wide range of clients including developers, investors, occupiers, and lenders.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across other departments to support clients with a full-service offering.
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years’ PQE (more senior candidates also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong experience handling commercial property transactions independently.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to contribute to the continued growth of the team.
