Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Chelmsford with occasional travel (UK and abroad)

Based in Chelmsford, Essex, this high-performing organization invests significantly in its team and is now looking to expand their marketing department due to impressive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create content by designing visually appealing posts using tools such as Canva.
  • Produce captivating videos with CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Assist in managing platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
  • Track and report on key metrics like engagement rates and follower growth.

Your Background & Skills:

  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and design.
  • Proficient in Canva and have some experience with CapCut (or similar tools).
  • A genuine passion for social media, with some hands-on experience.
  • A basic understanding of trends across social media platforms.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus but not essential.
  • A proactive self-starter with a keen desire to learn and develop.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
  • Openness to flexible working hours and travel opportunities.
