Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week across 5 days (2-week rolling rota)

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting?
Our client, a leading provider of patient-focused healthcare services, is seeking a confident and compassionate community nurse to support patients in their own homes with a range of clinical interventions.

Renal experienceparticularly Peritoneal Dialysisis highly desirable for this role, as you'll be supporting patients with complex long-term conditions.

About the Role This is a varied and autonomous role where youll deliver safe, high-quality care in the community, working closely with patients, carers and NHS partners. Youll have time to focus on what matters most: personalised, professional care that improves lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of community-based nursing interventions, including:

    • Peritoneal Dialysis (if competent)

    • IV and injection medication administration

    • Phlebotomy and cannulation

    • Equipment setup and patient education

  • Support patients to self-manage treatment where appropriate

  • Accurately document clinical activity in real time

  • Undertake clinical assessments and contribute to care planning

  • Communicate effectively with wider care teams and stakeholders

  • Maintain full compliance with mandatory training and NMC requirements

About You
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN

  • At least 2 years post-registration experience

  • Community experience is an advantage

  • Renal experience (especially Peritoneal Dialysis) highly desirable

  • Confident working independently and managing your own schedule

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
