Salary:  £27,000 Per Annum 

Reed is currently working with a fantastic Family run company who are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team. The role involves real-time monitoring of operatives, vehicles, and teams on-site, as well as managing various administrative tasks within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good customer service attitude, and the ability to adapt to sudden changes.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Monitor operatives, vehicles, and teams in real-time, reporting and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication with directors regarding issues related to the role.
  • Perform daily office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
  • Manage the daily diary and organise schedules for upcoming work, ensuring all licenses and jobs are applied correctly.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, manage records on CRM, and provide support to staff with job-related issues.
  • Oversee email management
  • Issue purchase orders for suppliers, raise job quotes, and generate invoices as required.
  • Contribute to social media management where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience in office administration and customer service.
  • Ability to cope with sudden changes and late amendments to plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in monitoring staff activities.
  • Knowledge of raising purchase orders, job quotes, and invoices.

Must be able to drive due to the location!
