My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining efficient office systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various responsibilities while providing excellent support to the team. Additionally, this position includes technical learning to assist customers.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with picking and packing as required, which may involve some heavy lifting.
  • Manage stock control, including booking in goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain proactive.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in handling stock and performing physical tasks involved in packing and inventory management.
