What You'll Be Doing:Join our team as a GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering clinical pharmacy services within a primary care setting. In this role, you will:

  • perform structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing

  • support long-term condition management and deprescribing

  • liaise with GPs, nurses, and other practice staff

  • contribute to QOF and IIF targets

  • maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid GPhC registration

  • previous GP surgery or PCN experience (essential)

  • independent prescribing qualification (desired, not essential)

  • strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

  • ability to work independently in a primary care setting

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a fully onsite role requiring availability Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with the potential for long-term extension based on performance and service needs.
