Job Title: Pharmacist Band 6-8aLocation: Essex, Southend - NHS Hospital serviceDuration: Minimum 3 months (booked month-by-month)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm (1hr lunch) - Flexible start/finish times, minimum 4 days/week (ideally 5)Start Date: ASAP, May 2025End Date: OngoingRate of Pay: £24 - £37 per hour PAYE (via LMS), depending on experience and bandingContact: Alex Roberts - -

What You'll Be Doing:Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients within a busy NHS hospital service. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Create and implement personalised care plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration

• Experience working in hospital wards and/or dispensary ideal, but not a necessity! (NHS or strong community background with solid references)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers flexibility and requires availability from Monday to Friday (minimum 4 days per week). The contract is for a minimum of 3 months with strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
