An independent, chartered surveying consultancy is seeking a bright Quantity Surveyor for their head office in Essex.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside, assistant, and support the lead Quantity Surveyor on projects including carrying out tender analysis, preparing schedule of works, cost reports, valuations and more.
As well as carrying out a traditional QS role, the new Quantity Surveyor will carry out EA and PM duties on a broad array of projects including new-build housing developments, commercial, school extensions, and various commissions for banks.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Working towards chartership / MRICS
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- PQS / Consultancy QS background
- Pre and post contract knowledge
