This school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including ASD , ASD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Deliver creative, personalised and engaging lessons tailored to meet individual EHCP targets

Lead a class of pupils with the support of experienced Learning Support Assistants

Create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where every learner can thrive

Work collaboratively with therapists, parents/carers, and the wider school community

Monitor, assess and record progress, ensuring each child is supported in reaching their full potential

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

Experience working with pupils with SEN (e.g., ASC, MLD, SEMH, PMLD) - in a mainstream or special setting

Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, person-centred approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude
