About the Role:
As a Senior Planner, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects, including those for landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector. Your main responsibilities will include completing planning applications, with a particular focus on Local Plan Promotions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver planning applications across a variety of sectors
- Focus on Local Plan Promotions and related strategic planning work
- Work alongside landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector
- Provide expert advice on planning policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
- MRTPI qualified or eligible for membership
- Strong experience in planning and policy development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
