We are looking for a General Manager to join a hugely successful £multi-million company at their restaurant in Cheltenham. It is an incredibly busy, high volume, vibrant and fun casual dining restaurant.

The General Manager we are looking for will have a high volume fast paced branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage large teams, the P & L, customer service and drive sales.

GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

  • Experience as a general restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
  • Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team to deliver results
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P & L, costs, budgets, wastage and labour
  • Sales building

GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:

  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L
  • Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
  • Drive sales to maximise profitability
