Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established financial services business based in central Cheltenham as they search for a professional and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and driven individual looking to further their career in financial planning, supporting a team of experienced Financial Advisers by delivering high-quality research, analysis, and client documentation.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Preparing suitability reports and recommendations in line with internal policies
  • Gathering and collating data from clients and providers
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain necessary information
  • Producing comparison research and financial illustrations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-ups
  • Providing occasional administrative assistance as required
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory and product knowledge through continuous personal development

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a Paraplanner or similar support role within financial services
  • Knowledge of financial planning, products, and regulatory requirements
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Working towards or completed CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Modules such as J01 (Taxation), J02 (Trusts), R04 (Pensions), or IMC

Full Time Monday- Friday

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum
