I'm excited to be working with a fantastic Cheltenham Law firm who are looking for an experienced professional administrator to join their bustling Cheltenham Office.This role is crucial for providing in-depth business support to fee earners, particularly within the Banking and Finance teams.The team handles a diverse range of issues and has a growing national reputation.Reporting to the Legal Support Manager, this position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Draft and format letters, documents, and forms while also proofreading to ensure accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, identifying priorities and anticipating the team's needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
  • Filter client queries and occasionally be the first point of contact for clients.
  • Manage diaries proactively for allocated fee earners, including making travel arrangements for meetings as required.
  • Carry out conflict and ID checks to support legal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident typing abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment is desirable.
  • Familiarity with case management systems is preferable but not essential.
