Production/Packing Operatives - Cheltenham (GL51)
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour (paid weekly) + Overtime Premiums
Shifts: Weekly rotating - 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 / 23:00-07:00
Job Type: Temporary ongoing (with potential for temp-to-perm)

We are currently recruiting for Production/Packing Operatives on behalf of our rapidly expanding client based in Cheltenham (GL51). This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with the potential to become a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate.

Full PPE and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work across a weekly rotating shift pattern.

As a Production/Packing Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating and minding production machinery

• Conducting quality checks on finished products

• Packing, labelling, and palletising goods

• Contributing to process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Supporting the wider team to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely

• £14.65 per hour (paid weekly)

• Paid breaks

• Free on-site parking

• Overtime paid at a premium rate

• Rotating weekly shifts to suit various lifestyles

• Ongoing temporary work with potential for a permanent role

• Uniform provided after 3 weeks
