About the Role:
As our Breakfast Chef, you will take pride in preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Youll lead the breakfast service and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and for buffet service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Work efficiently during early shifts and ensure smooth handover
Assist with stock rotation and kitchen prep for the day
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role (hotel or high-end restaurant preferred)
Passion for cooking and pride in presentation
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
