Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Sales Executive.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Advisor to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales. A strong background in a fast-paced contact centre environment is essential.

Day to Day

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers.
  • Engage prospects with a consultative sales approach to understand needs and promote appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and outcomes using CRM systems.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Handle objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to optimise performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

We Would Love to See

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment is essential.
  • Proven success in a sales or telesales role, particularly involving outbound calling.
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
