Rocking Zebra is recruiting a Campaign Marketing Manager for our esteemed client based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced campaign and marketing professional to lead innovative marketing initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across email and direct mail channels to generate leads and boost sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Creative & Design: Manage asset creation including social graphics, email banners, and direct mail collateral, ensuring brand consistency. Support print and production activities for physical marketing materials.
  • Email & Direct Mail Marketing: Build targeted email campaigns using automation tools; utilise HTML skills for email builds and landing page enhancements. Coordinate direct mail initiatives from creative development to data targeting.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyse data, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing with a strong background in marketing principles and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on skills in graphic design and asset creation, with familiarity in using HTML for email and web content management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in print and production processes, understanding of UK data protection, and GDPR compliance.
