The Role

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming and well-established nursery in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nurturing community where children’s learning and development are at the heart of everything they do.

This role requires:

• An immediate start, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
• A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• A commitment to working 30 hours per week as part of a dedicated, supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 2 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Embody the nursery’s core values: respect, trust, teamwork, and care.
• Be passionate about building strong foundations for children’s futures.
• Be energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting young learners.

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
