New Vacancy | Senior Conveyancer | £45k+ | Gloucestershire | Flexible working Are you interested in joining a respected and long-established legal practice, who are looking to grow their Property team? The opportunity has come about due to retirement, you will be stepping into an active caseload with immediate work on offer. The role includes handling retirement home new-build contracts, making it well-suited to someone with experience in plot sales. Clients are predominantly elderly, so a patient and understanding approach is essential, along with strong organisational skills to manage a high-volume workload. While the firm is open to various levels of qualification—CILEX, Solicitor, or unqualified candidates with solid experience—a minimum of five years’ experience and the ability to work confidently and independently would be ideal.
