Must Have’s

• Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner• High level of literacy and numeracy• Previous customer service experience (desirable)• IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook)• A smartphone (Android 8.0+ or iOS 15+) for authenticator apps sign-in• Availability to work between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required• Ability to work in Cheltenham and/or remotely based on project needs

Nice to have’s

• Experience in a customer service role• Familiarity with cyber security principles (training will be provided)• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment

So what will you be doing?

• Delivering excellent customer experience across phone and digital platforms• Resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely manner• Handling customer interactions with professionalism and attention to detail• Managing customer service queues and ensuring all calls are cleared• Full-time role (35 hours/week), but some flexibility for reduced hours based on business needs
