Customer Service Advisor – £25,054 per annum – Hybrid (Cheltenham)

Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for individuals using our clients’ services. You will provide essential support, guidance, and information, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries through multiple communication channels:
    • Phone calls
    • Emails
    • Live chat
    • Online/web messages
  • Provide accurate and clear information about services.
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.
  • Support new starters and team members with training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in customer service (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong telephone manner.
  • Ability to multi-task across various communication channels.
  • Proficient in using multiple IT systems (training on in-house systems provided).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload.
  • Target-driven with experience working towards KPIs.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
