Customer Service Administrator– Long-Term Temp Assignment
Location: Cheltenham
Pay: £14.00 per hour

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Looking to gain experience in a professional environment with a respected organisation? We have a fantastic long-term temporary opportunity available now in Cheltenham!

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing, updating, and submitting service quotations, tenders, and support documents
  • Actively following up on service quotes and sales opportunities, promoting service contracts
  • Scheduling and coordinating service visits and managing related admin tasks
  • Processing service visit reports and ensuring timely invoicing and customer follow-up
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries to support the Customer Service Team
  • Identifying and following up on potential new service business opportunities
  • Collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure top-quality service delivery
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly reports and project tracking
  • Engaging in outbound calls to promote services and drive opportunities
