Finance Manager - Near Banbury - (Office-Based) - £40-45k + Benefits
A unique opportunity has arisen for a capable and hands on Finance Manager to join a small, friendly team supporting the financial operations of two diverse and growing businesses.
This is a standalone role, well suited to someone who enjoys working across all aspects of finance - from managing bookkeeping, VAT, and payroll to producing financial reports and supporting strategic decision making. Proficiency with Xero is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the finance function.

What we need you to bring to the organisation:
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or QBE
- Versatile finance skills including an in depth understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, reconciliations and preparing budgetsÂ
- Strong finance systems skills, including Excel (essential)Â
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenÂ
- Methodical, accurate with good attention to detail
- Motivated with a willingness to help and support others in the finance team and wider operational teams
In summary, the successful candidate will be organised, detail focused, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a non corporate, fast paced environment. Experience working in small businesses is essential.
