What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations smooth and efficient by:
- Scheduling appointments for Specialists
- Managing the full client journey from booking to aftercare
- Handling calls and correspondence professionally
- Accurately entering and maintaining client data
- Preparing clinic files and managing patient records
- Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing
- Ordering stock and coordinating equipment repairs
- Face to face customer service.
- Reception duties
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of admin experience
- GCSEs or equivalent
