What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations smooth and efficient by:

  • Scheduling appointments for Specialists
  • Managing the full client journey from booking to aftercare
  • Handling calls and correspondence professionally
  • Accurately entering and maintaining client data
  • Preparing clinic files and managing patient records
  • Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing
  • Ordering stock and coordinating equipment repairs
  • Face to face customer service.
  • Reception duties

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years of admin experience
  • GCSEs or equivalent
