This is a key support role that combines candidate sourcing with payroll and timesheet administration. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:- Source and engage candidates across various platforms- Assist consultants with shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate management- Update and maintain internal databases and records- Process weekly payroll and timesheets for temporary workers- Act as a point of contact for client and candidate queries related to payroll and administration- Ensure compliance and accuracy in onboarding documentation- Support a smooth and professional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:- Strong organisational and administrative skills- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data and deadlines- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or payroll is desirable- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
