Business Support AdministratorLocation: GloucesterHours: Full Time, Permanent – 8:00–4:30 Mon–Thu / 8:00–3:00 FriSalary: Up to £35,000Reference: 1230643 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join a dynamic and growing organisation in Gloucester. Sitting within the finance team, this role plays a crucial part in supporting internal operations, including contract administration, payroll support, and HR coordination. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals, invoicing, and global team communication
  • Keep contract records accurate and up to date, including changes to equipment
  • Support monthly payroll processes using a semi-automated system
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of UK-based employees
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Provide general administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in varied administrative roles
  • Exposure to payroll and/or HR processes is advantageous
  • High level of attention to detail with excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
