Our client, with one of the most comprehensive benefits packages we’ve seen, and a wonderful working environment, is looking for a Health and Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, 37.5hrs over 5 days, based out of Cheltenham and Cirencester offices. They do offer hybrid, WFH and flexible working patterns.

The HSEQ Advisor is responsible for:

  • Supporting the HSEQ Team by providing professional advice and guidance across the entire business group
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the team, directing colleagues with requests to appropriate policies, guidelines or escalating to colleagues in the HSEQ Team
  • Delivering outstanding client care, supporting Consultants and the wider team in an efficient and professional manner, as ‘internal clients’
  • Assisting with audit processes and accident or incident investigations, providing administrative support
  • Keeping abreast of legislation, policy and procedure guidelines across the Health and Safety and Environment and Quality spheres
  • Working on annual, monthly and weekly project work, but also being reactive to business need when teams are at capacity, moving quickly and maintaining professionalism and accuracy

We are looking for a HSEQ Advisor with:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude to work, and a team-player ethos
  • GCSE Grade C or above in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly competence using MS Office
  • Experience of administration work within Health and Safety, Environment or Quality
  • A recognised HSEQ qualification, or be working towards this
  • A full, valid UK Driving Licence

This client really does believe in investing in their team, and there are brilliant development opportunities within the business. Offering a very competative salary as well as a huge benefits package that’s too long to list fully here, but includes 30 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, private health and life insurance and 5% employer pension contributions! If you have experience in the HSEQ field and want to join a team where you’ll truly be rewarded and supported, don’t hesitate, apply now! This opportunity is too good to miss!
