This company is UK Wide Compliance specialist that are rapidly growing. As an employee-owned business, you will be paid an annual bonus based on the company's performance and are known to pay for their employee's qualifications to upskill them.

The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits, where you will oversee Testing Engineers, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, inspect and assess completed works, provide technical guidance and support, troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and maintain project documentation.

The role would suit an Electrician from a commercial or industrial background with testing experience, looking to step off the tools into a supervisor role, or with prior supervising experience who is keen to develop their technical skillset and progress within a business.

The Role:
*Signing off electrical test certificates
*Training new electrical engineers
*Ensuring that both Engineers and Clients are fully satisfied
*Inspect and assess ongoing projects
