Must Have’s

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) or CILEX qualification• Experience in a legal support role (e.g. Paralegal, Legal Executive, In-House Legal Advisor)• Strong legal drafting skills and knowledge of commercial/property law• Confident conducting legal research in UK and international jurisdictions• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have’s

• LPC, SQE, or currently working toward qualification• Experience working across multi-jurisdictional legal environments• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and legal document systems• Knowledge of HR and compliance legal matters• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with good judgement

So what will you be doing?

• Drafting commercial contracts, legal documents, and agreements• Providing first-line legal advice across commercial, property, HR, and compliance matters• Translating complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance• Conducting legal research in UK and international contexts• Supporting the contract lifecycle and document storage process• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal alignment across operations• Preparing briefs and instructing external solicitors where required
